By accessing and using the Power Prih platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use our services.

Power Prih is a platform that sells digital templates for presentations. The products are downloadable digital files intended for the buyer's personal or professional use.

To make purchases, you must create an account with true and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

When you purchase a template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the purchased templates;
• Use the templates to create competing products;
• Remove watermarks or credits, where applicable;
• Sublicense the product to third parties.

All payments are processed securely. Since these are digital products with immediate delivery, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

All content available on the platform — templates, images, text and design — is protected by copyright and belongs to Power Prih or its creators. No content may be reproduced without express authorization.

Power Prih is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the templates, including incompatibility with specific software. The templates are provided "as is".

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
